In the Spring of 2019 TMaaS launched a worldwide call to cities to participate in the so-called TMaaS Replicator Programme. The programme aimed at small to medium sized cities that were interested in setting up a traffic management centre, or upgrading their existing one. Since then, TMaaS selected Southwark (London), Antwerp (Belgium) and Duran (Equador) to work with and explore the possibilities to integrate parts of the TMaaS framework for online traffic management in these cities.

Link.Gent, the traffic monitoring system developed by TMaaS, was launched on April 20th 2020. The online platform can now be used by the traffic managers of the Mobility Company of the City of Ghent. The system offers them the opportunity to better monitor, follow up on the traffic situation in the city and intervene more quickly in the event of problems.
Citizens can also take a look at the platform and make free use of the functionalities that are already offered there. It is the intention that, with the phased addition of new features, the system will also become increasingly attractive for people in Ghent.
This project is co-financed by the European Regional and Development Fund through the Urban Innovative Actions Initiative.
Urban Innovative Actions is an Initiative of the European Union that provides urban areas throughout Europe with resources to test new and unproven solutions to address urban challenges.
Based on article 8 of ERDF, the Initiative has a total ERDF budget of EUR 372 million for 2014-2020.
